I have a Hypothesis for who is TOBI
Tobi might be Obito because Kakashi took Obitos eye and what is kakashi’s sharingan Mangekyo???
Answer: He warps space when he aims with his eye.
Who else can warp space but in a different way TOBI…..
sooooooo. i think that Tobi might be Obito becuz Kakashi has obito’s eye and both thier powers deal with warping space and goin to alternate dimensions.
